Yoga & Pilates

Exercise for full body balance, strength and mobility for all ages & abilities.

We teach Functional Movement - to be aware of and move your body efficiently in whatever activity you do each day.  Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery or simply want to get fit or stay fit, Yoga and Pilates is for you.  

We also cater for individuals, private groups or conferences to fit in with your timetable.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or come and join one of our regular Movement Classes.  Visitors are welcome.  No need to pre-book or bring anything other than comfortable clothing and may be a water bottle if you like.  We provide mats and use additional props like balls, Pilates Circles, Spine Corrector, foam rollers and Therabands to provide a variety of challenges to your exercise.  Individual sessions also use our Reformer.

A one hour Yoga class followed by an optional 20 min relaxation/guided meditation session at no extra charge.

If you are new to Pilates, have any health concerns or are recovering from an injury or surgery, we recommend you start with a 1:1 lesson.  This will enable us to teach you about Core Control and basic movement principles.  It will also allow us to specifically target your needs with exercises to incorporate into your daily life.  The reformer especially is very useful for this.

$15 per class (casual)

10 week term (30 July / 01 August - 1/3 October 2019):
$100 for any ONE Tue or Thu class during the week
$160 for any TWO Tue or Thu classes during the week

$60 for 1:1 lesson (by appointment)
